Job summary
Community Inpatient unit (CIU) is an
Enhanced Recovery service which provides Rehabilitation and Reablement
opportunities for adults in North East Lincolnshire. The service will promote
faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospital admissions and
premature admissions to long-term care, support timely discharge from hospital
and maximise independent living wherever possible. Multi-professional staff
will collaborate with individuals to ensure they achieve their full potential
in terms of their level of independence, health and wellbeing.

Base: Community Inpatient Unit
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Permanent)
Salary: Range 8a (£48,480 - £58,178) Per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and committed
Manager to join the multidisciplinary team at Community inpatient Unit (CIU)
within CPG.
The post will be based at the CIU and will oversee the safe and
effective running of the unit, ensuring the service meets the Care Quality
Commission Essential Standards. The Post holder will lead and manage a
multidisciplinary team including all aspects of recruitment, supervision,
probation reviews, disciplinaries, staff risk assessments, PDRs etc.
Alongside this the post holder will ensure effective utilisation
of resources both financial and workforce through robust monitoring advising
Head of Service of any financial or workforce pressure points.
The post holder will also lead on the review, development,
implementation of service strategies including completion of audits, action
plans and business improvement in line with quality, regulation and assurance.
