Job summary
Care Plus Group are looking for Medication Officers
to join their team at Community Inpatient Unit to
support medications within the unit.
Our Community Inpatient Unit is a
bed-based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence
following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. It
supports hospital discharges, prevents admission to hospital or long-term care
and promotes independent living. Its a multi-disciplinary service with Nurses,
Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Social Workers, and care staff.

2x22.5 hours a week

Salary Range 3 - £23,807 pro rata per annum fixed salary point
We are currently looking for experienced staff to
support medications within the unit.
You must have NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social
Care and at least one years experience working in a health and/or social care
setting, providing care to individuals. You must also have experience of
handling medications and ideally have the Safe Handling of Medication
Certificate.

training to further develop yourself, regular support and a flexible caring
approach in the workplace.
