Job summary

The Quality, Regulation and Improvement Team deliver a crucial HQ function for the organisation. The Team is responsible for ensuring that Care Plus Group has in place efficient and effective Governance arrangements that provide assurance to the Care Plus Group Board and wider stakeholders. The team work with leadership, managers and staff across the organisation to ensure adherence to a robust quality management framework in line with ISO 9001 Quality Management, PSIRF, incorporating several quality improvement measures including:

  • Incident, accident, complaints, non-conformance management including the management of Serious Incidents and compliments
  • Audit Programme: clinical/non-clinical and ISO 9001 process approach reviews and audit
  • Compliance with Regulatory Bodies i.e. Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Management of staff, volunteer, student, customer and service user feedback
  • Management of alerts, including CAS, NICE Guidance etc.
  • Continuous service improvement and development
  • Reporting: quality accounts, trend analysis, audit, feedback etc.
  • Project and programme management
  • Utilisation of Canva Infographics, InPhase Oversight and SystmOne

Permanent, Monday-Friday

Salary Range 4 £23,360-£25,784 per annum, you will be appointed on a fixed salary point within the salary range

Based at Westgate Park, Charlton Street, Grimsby, DN31 1SQ

You will work to the Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) to provide support with all aspects of audit (clinical, non-clinical and ISO 9001 Quality) for the organisation, produce low level reports and develop action plans as required to ensure implementation of subsequent recommendations as directed by the QAO.

You will also be responsible for monitoring, producing and actioning of quality assurance information in relation to feedback. This includes the collation and promotion of feedback from service users, professionals, staff, and when necessary volunteers. The post holder will analyse the information and produce the necessary reports for the service and commissioners in line with organisation requirements and service specification performance requirements. They will also produce action plans with the service area, working in conjunction with managers and other colleagues utilising the InPhase Oversight System.
