You will need a BSc/MSc Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy and to be registered with the HCPC or an undergraduate nearing course completion.

We provide person centred support to vulnerable adults requiring specialist therapy input within the area. Rotational areas include:

  • Adult Learning Disability

  • Intermediate Care @ Home
  • Community urgent care team

All areas have highly skilled practitioners who place the individual at the forefront of their care and promote faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospital admissions and premature admissions to long-term care, support timely discharge from hospital and maximise independent living wherever possible. This is achievable through creative and unique interventions within each rotational area.
