Job summary

Care Plus Group and Navigo have been commissioned to work in partnership to develop and provide two new joint Psychology and Psychiatry led Adult Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Services (AAS and ADHD Services) for Adults in North East Lincolnshire. These services will meet the complex needs of these populations through the provision of a complete Assessment and Treatment Pathway using an MDT Model akin to the Intensive Support Team (IST) within Adult Learning Disability Services delivered by the CPG. This post is fundamental to the delivery of these services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established specialist service to enhance the local specialist community provision to support people with Autism.

Main duties of the job

Administrative Assistant

Adult Neurodiversity Service

Queen Street Health & Wellbeing Centre, Queen Street, Grimsby

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

Salary Range 3 £20,590 pro rata per annum fixed salary point (Pay award pending)

You will need to effectively arrange and coordinate the diaries of the Multi-Disciplinary Team with that of individuals, families and other professionals in order to ensure that multiple weekly MDT Assessment, Treatment and Review Clinics run smoothly.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all correspondence, including appointment letters and reports, from professionals within these services are sent out in a timely manner, ensuring they contain accurate information.

You will be part of an Administration Team which means that you will share responsibility for responding to phone calls, as well as undertaking reception duties of individuals accessing the services

A good working knowledge of SystmOne is advantageous, as is experience of providing administrative support to a front-line community service that brings you into contact with service users on a daily basis.

Good communication and organisation skills are essential as well as the ability to work autonomously, using your own initiative. Team working is also a key part of the job to support the specialist community services as a whole that are delivered out of Queen Street.
