About us
Your Healthcare delivers NHS health and social care
community services in the Royal Borough of Kingston, and learning disability
and autism services for adults in the London Borough of Richmond. Community
services play a key role in keeping people well, treating and managing acute
illness and long-term conditions, and supporting people to live independently
at home.
We are proud to deliver patient-led, high quality health and
social care programmes and cover a wide range of services, from district
nursing to support people living with complex health and care needs, to health
promotion services such as school nursing and health visiting.
One of our three core objectives
is Valuing Staff: To be the employer of choice for a well-trained, developed
and valued workforce. We are very proud of our staff survey results, in the
last survey 97% of staff said they enjoy their job and 98% said that if a
friend or relative needed treatment they would be happy with the standard of
care provided by Your Healthcare.
We use NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, offer
membership of the NHS Pension Scheme and have access to a large number of local
and national staff benefits.
We are a membership organisation which makes us
different from many other healthcare providers; as members, staff have a say in
how Your Healthcare is run. And as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company
