Job summary
The Community Children's Health Partnership has an exciting new role for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Team Leader.
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership and day to day management to the safeguarding administrator. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across the Community Paediatric safeguarding team. You will be flexible and resilient with the ability to recognise & respond to situations appropriately.
Main duties of the job
You will provide secretarial and administrative support as required to the Clinicians from Therapies and Community Paediatrics as well as support across the services as required.
You will support the safeguarding administrator in the resolution of patient and clinical queries in relation to the services by liaising with other departments advisors, clinicians, patients, GPs pharmacists, consultants and relevant outside agencies developing positive working relationships
You will be responsible for ensuring the workload within the safeguarding team is completed accurately and to agreed timelines.
You will co-ordinate, monitor and supervise staff, and co-ordinate and monitor their activity reporting any concerns to the Business Manager or Assistant Divisional Manager as necessary. You will manage first level sickness, grievances, appraisals, allocation of work and training and development.
You will participate in regular meetings with Area Support Coordinator/s, Service leads and staff managed, and contribute to the building up of effective teamwork
