Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our locality team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, apply your well-developed clinical expertise to complex situations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
- Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working.
- Liaison with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care.
- Promote the wellbeing of the team.
- Leading the referral process on a duty basis.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes.
