Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our locality team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, apply your well-developed clinical expertise to complex situations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working.
Liaison with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care.
Promote the wellbeing of the team.
Leading the referral process on a duty basis.
Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes.

Current registration HCPC or NMC registration
Hold a UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle during working hours

Training in interdisciplinary leadership

Experience working collaboratively to achieve the goals of the service user and the service
Experience of working across organisational and professional boundaries to improve care
