Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our locality team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, apply your well-developed clinical expertise to complex situations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
  • Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working.
  • Liaison with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care.
  • Promote the wellbeing of the team.
  • Leading the referral process on a duty basis.
  • Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes.
