Our MSK Physiotherapy team are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy team of Administrator's in Bristol. Our office is based at Hampton House, Clifton and working hours are 37.5 per week. Working patterns are a variety of 8-4 and 9-5 Mon-Fri, with study days included in your weekly working pattern
Our apprenticeship programme runs for 18 months-2 years (depending on the course provider). Upon successful completion, you will obtain a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, opening up doors to a career in the Administration field.
We are a national minimum wage employer and do not pay apprenticeship rates. Hourly rates are dependant on age:
- Under 18 = £5.28ph
- 18-20 = £7.49ph
- 21-22 = £10.18ph
- 23 and over = £10.42ph
We have a dedicated Learning & Development team who are on hand to support and guide you through your Apprenticeship. Your line manager will also support your training and development with frequent reviews, 1:1's and training opportunities.

Main duties of the job
As a
Business Administration Apprentice, you will be supported in your role as you
develop key administrative skills. Your work will be supervised and you will be
guided to prioritise tasks with the expectation that you will become able to
work on your own initiative. You will be given the opportunity to work with and
shadow various members of the MSK administrative team.
You will be liaising with patients and other healthcare professionals about appointments and queries via telephoneand email, producing written communication such as letters and emails and supporting the team by arranging meetings which may include resolving any conflicting diary appointments.
General administrativeduties such as scanning, photocopying, filing etc are a part of this role. You will also organise post, place orders and maintain stock and records.
You will provide administrative support to the MSK team during meetings, such as note taking, room bookings, etc.
This role typically consists of 4 days working and 1 day at college/home study (depending on provider) with additional time to study/prepare for exams etc.
