Job summary
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development (OD) Partner role for 6 months on a fixed term contract or secondment. You will be working as part of a specialist OD team with the main area of focus being colleague experience across the organisation.
As an OD Partner you will work closely with the OD Lead to support colleague experience and engagement including the NHS Staff Survey and Pulse Survey from roll out, analysis of results to action planning, this will be the main area of focus. You will also support other OD Leads with retention, high performing teams and wellbeing. There will be coaching opportunities if you are a qualified coach.
If you are an experienced OD practitioner, comfortable analysing and interpreting data into a meaningful narrative to inform recommendations, work priorities and action plans this role could be for you.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in the following areas:
Experience of supporting an organisation with staff engagement, surveys, data analysis and implementing and driving forward action plans for cultural change.
Coaching skills and experience
Excellent influencing and facilitation skills, supported by strong written (particularly report writing skills) and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a matrix style team/management with minimal supervision
Main duties of the job
You will be results driven with strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and translate operational requirements into practical and pragmatic solutions. Experience in a health and/or social care environment is desirable but not essential, and individuals from other sectors with the appropriate skills and experience will be considered.
Main Duties
Analysing and interpreting NHS Staff Survey and Pulse Survey data into a meaningful narrative to inform recommendations, work priorities and action plans
Collating NHS Staff Survey data into engaging presentations at an organisation wide level as well as lower departmental levels.
Writing reports with recommendations on various OD and engagement areas
Supporting an Itchy Feet Service - coaching and signposting individuals for support in their role or with future aspirations
Facilitating team development and organisational engagement sessions
Supporting the Wellbeing Consultant with wellbeing initiatives
