The role of Director of Therapy and Allied Health Professionals is a new one for us and a key demonstration of our commitment to the leadership, support and development of over a third of our registered workforce plus their support teams.

Main duties of the job

You will have a significant role in designing and delivering innovative solutions to tackling inequalities, meet local needs, supporting better outcomes for local people and securing close working relationships with clinicians and practitioners across the whole system of care and support. We are proud of our achievements to provide seamless services to the people that we serve and are looking for someone to help us to build on this strength.

You will also provide strategic advice on the development and delivery of high-quality clinical pathways and models of care, working closely with our two other Clinical Executives our Director of Nursing & Quality and our Medical Director. You will be a key partner at our Professional Council (chaired by our Medical Director) which provides the focus for clinical leadership and decision making within the organisation. You will also be responsible for maintaining high professional standards of our therapy and allied health professional staff and developing a culture where staff feel empowered and excited by the career opportunities and professional development available to them within Sirona
