Caterham Dene Hospital
ward are seeking Registered Nurses to join our bank/temporary workforce. We
recognise that dedicated staff need the flexibility to work the hours and
shifts which suit you. We can offer you part time or full-time bank hours. Day
shifts are 7.5 hours and night shifts are 10 hours.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking highly
motivated and enthusiastic staff nurses with a commitment to using their first-class
skills to provide first class care, to our client group.

The post holder will play a key role within the ward management team to provide a quality, patient centred and supportive environment where patients can reach their full rehabilitation potential. The post holder will contribute to the promotion of an environment which encourages and supports the development of nursing practice. The post holder will be expected to utilise a variety of strategies to communicate effectively with family/carers, the multidisciplinary team, other departments within the organisation and pertinent agencies outside the organisation.
With support from senior nursing staff, the post holder will be able to demonstrate clinical skills in order to provide the highest standard of individualised patient care. Acting as a role model, the post holder will provide clinical leadership in the ward area.
