Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work within 0-19 Admin Hub to support the 0-19 Health Visiting Service

We are looking for someone with a drive and passion for teamwork, with an interest in administration to be part of a social enterprise organisation looking after the needs of families with children and who wants to make a difference in the community.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who will be based at Orchard House and will have the opportunity of flexible working at home. You will be part of a supportive team and have the opportunity to work autonomously

The ideal candidate will have experience within an administrative environment and have excellent communication and IT skills

The role will provide day to day administrative activities to support the clinical service including data entry, scanning and uploading to our patient record system. as agreed and required.

  • Good level of basic education to include GCSE Maths and English, NVQ level 2 or evidence of administrative knowledge and skills equivalent to level of qualification.

Desirable

  • Willingness to train and develop further skills.
  • IT qualification

  • Numeracy skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, experience of dealing with people at a variety of levels.
