Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead
our teams that provide administration for the MSK Physiotherapy Service,
including ICATS and the Podiatry and Orthotics Service. We are going through a
period of change and are looking to further integrate the existing teams and
your role would be integral in this, as well as supporting the Service Leads.
Please note that interviews will take place 12 September pm.
Main duties of the job
Duties are
varied and include recruitment, induction supervision and support of clerical
staff, identifying new opportunities for staff deployment and ensuring the
effective and efficient running of the admin teams across the sites. You will also
be expected to manage performance of staff and be involved in the management of
complaints from patients.
Part of the
role will also be supporting the MSK service Lead in the efficient running of
the MSK service and being the site co-ordinator and liaison for Health and
Safety and Estates for all of the locations that the MSK team work from.
