This is your chance to join First Community Health and Care, a staff owned social enterprise providing CQC Good frontline NHS services in east Surrey.
We are currently looking to appoint a People team Administrator, who is organised and self-motivated with an interest in employment related matters and HR to join our friendly team and make a positive contribution towards working life at First Community Health and Care. This role will be 30 hours per week and mainly remote working. Part time hours, job share and other flexible working will be considered.
You will provide support for a range of activities including recruitment and selection, payroll administration, preparing hearing packs and documents for meetings, Disclosure and Barring rechecking, running monthly reports and providing general administration. You will be supported and trained in all aspects of the First Community Health and Care processes and procedures.
Main duties of the job
As part of the People team, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and use initiative to take decisions, ensuring that both routine and ad hoc work tasks are completed in a professional way.
