First Dietitians and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative dietitian with excellent communication skills and knowledge to join our vibrant teams.
The role will be based across the following prisons;
HMP; Coldingley (Woking), Send (Woking), DownView and Highdown (Banstead) and Bronzefield (Ashford, Surrey) and the First Dietitians base at Crawley Hospital.

The role will be based across the following prisons;
HMP; Coldingley (Woking), Send (Woking), DownView and Highdown (Banstead) and Bronzefield (Ashford, Surrey) and the First Dietitians base at Crawley Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a dietetic service from scratch! This a new role and as such will involve scoping and designing the service to meet the needs of service users and staff. There is a strong focus on prevention work and an opportunity to influence catering and food provision working with other members of the wider MDT.
This will be an innovative role and can be informed by you!

Qualifications

- BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent.
- HCPC registration

- BDA membership
- Evidence of Continual Professional Development through approved courses and other relevant activities

- Expert knowledge in nutrition support
- Demonstrates consolidated clinical dietetic knowledge and skills in the specified field of nutrition support
- Demonstrates good knowledge of, and ability to apply, evidence base in relation to dietetic practice
- Show understanding of value of audit within clinical practice.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of all aspects of enteral feeding in adults
Experience

- At least 4 years post graduate clinical experience
- Understanding the importance of effective multi-disciplinary working
- Experience in training and or teaching other health professionals
