First
Dietitians are looking for a confident and independent dietitian to join our
friendly team and to work within the Sussex Community Foundation Trust Neuro
Rehab team based at Horsham hospital. There will be some opportunity to work
remotely, from home, if desired.
You
will be part of a friendly, experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team
at Horsham hospital, that encourages joint working and learning from each
other. There is fantastic administration, support and good links and
communication with the wider neurology network including consultants,
specialist nurses and practitioners as well as respiratory and palliative care
teams. The role covers Horley, Crawley, East Grinstead, Horsham and mid-Sussex
providing opportunities to liaise with the acute teams and other dietetic
services in these areas, to deliver a co-ordinated service.
Your
caseload will include a variety of neuro conditions and you will use your dietetic
skills and knowledge to assess, plan and implement treatment, delivering
dietetic interventions remotely and in patients own homes. You will have
access to a wide range of anthropometry equipment and support from the Sussex
Community rehab team techs and rehab assistants.
