Main duties of the job
In this role, you will support the smooth running of the organisations mobile technology by helping staff with everyday device issues, keeping accurate records of equipment, and ensuring assets are deployed and used effectively. You will also collaborate with users and external suppliers to resolve basic technical problems, assist with small IT tasks, and contribute to wider team activities that keep systems reliable and staff supported.
