We are recruiting band 4 NMC Registered
Nursing Associates to join our expanding community teams in East Surrey, based
in Oxted and Caterham.
You will be
part of a highly motivated and supportive district nursing team delivering safe
and effective NHS care to patients in the community. You will provide nursing care for a wide range of
conditions to people in their own home and residential settings.
In return, we

continuing professional development and revalidation.
You
will be supported by the Clinical Team Lead for the Community Neighbourhood and
your line manager to develop your skills to support the development of the
service and implement evidence-based practice.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing
and monitoring personalised care for patients under the direction of a
Clinical Team Lead and District Nurse.
You will work in close collaboration
with health and social care professionals within the Primary Care Neighbourhood
to prevent your patients being admitted to hospital where this could be
avoided.
You will provide advice and support to
junior staff and students in the delivery of effective, high-quality care.
Due to the
nature of the role, it is essential that you are able to drive, have a car
suitable for business purposes and a valid driving license. If you are
