Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated physiotherapist to join our cross-site rotational scheme. This is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate, those due to qualify in the next few months or current Band 5 physiotherapists looking to build on their experience within a supportive environment.
This post is rotational within First Community Health and Care services, covering Musculoskeletal Outpatients, community hospital in-patient rehabilitation at Caterham Dene Hospital, Intermediate Care Team and Community Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation Team. Our partnership working with East Surrey Hospital allows us to offer experience in acute medical wards/elderly care, ED, neurology, orthopaedics, paediatrics, respiratory/ICU and the REMEO Lane-Fox weaning unit.
On-call, weekend duties and participation in rostered seven-day working are integral to this post.
We offer:

- Support to continue professional and personal development with an active in-service training programme and a well-established supervision structure.
- Strong clinical governance support.
- An excellent variety of in-patient, out-patient and community rotations
Main duties of the job
Management of an independent clinical caseload within each rotation with support available from senior clinicians.
Maintenance of accurate clinical records.
Participation in our comprehensive in-service training programme, including completion of an end of rotation presentation every 6 months.
Participation in the on-call and weekend respiratory rota following successful completion of relevant competencies.
