We are currently looking to appoint a People team Administrator, who is organised and self-motivated with an interest in employment related matters and HR, to join our friendly team and make a positive contribution towards working life at First Community Health and Care.

You will provide support for a range of activities including recruitment and selection, payroll administration, preparing hearing packs and documents for meetings, running monthly reports and providing general administration. You will be supported and trained in all aspects of the First Community Health and Care processes and procedures.

This role is a hybrid role so you must be able to travel into the office at least one day each week. Part time hours, job share and other flexible working options will be considered. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the HR field, secondments are also welcome.

Main duties of the job

As part of the People team, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and use initiative to take decisions, ensuring that both routine and ad hoc work tasks are completed in a professional way.

The post holder will be responsible for working with the Recruitment team to provide support with all recruitment related administration.
