Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with us, you will be the first point of contact for patients, autonomously managing undifferentiated and complex conditions. Your core duties will include conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating diagnoses, and prescribing treatment plans. You will provide clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff and leading on key areas such as the cervical screening and vaccination programmes. The role also involves conducting home visits, collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team, and actively participating in clinical audit and Quality Improvement projects to enhance patient care across our practice.

Collaborating effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and external healthcare professionals.
Participating in clinical audit, significant event reporting, and Quality Improvement (QI) projects to enhance patient outcomes.
