Priors Court is a specialist organisation supporting autistic children and young people with complex needs. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detaildriven School Administrator (Also known as Annual Reviews Coordinator) to join our education team. This is a pivotal role ensuring that all statutory Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews and associated processes are completed to the highest standard, on time, and in collaboration with a wide range of internal and external professionals.
Main duties of the job
As the School Administrator, you will oversee the full cycle of EHCP Annual Reviews across our school and Young Adult Provision. You will manage the scheduling, preparation, quality assurance, and distribution of all review documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards.
You will work closely with Education, Care and Therapy teams, supporting them to produce highquality reports and outcome evaluations. You will also be a key point of contact for parents, Local Authorities, and external professionals, representing Priors Court with professionalism and sensitivity.
This role requires exceptional organisation, accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Coordinate the full programme of EHCP Annual Reviews and associated meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room bookings and logistical arrangements.
Oversee the production, collection and quality assurance of Progress Review reports and EHCP evaluations, ensuring all documentation meets statutory deadlines.
Prepare and maintain accurate meeting packs, templates, records and data on Prior Insight.
Attend review meetings, take highquality minutes, distribute paperwork on time and communicate professionally with parents, carers, Local Authorities and external professionals.
Monitor report progress, track EHCP updates with Local Authorities
