instrumental in overseeing the delivery, sustainability and development of the
highest quality of care.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have the advantage of
having a supportive Board of Trustees and work closely with our CEO, be a part
of a well-established and committed Senior Management Team, and an experienced
and compassionate Senior Care Team who in turn lead an excellent care team.
For this exciting and very rare opportunity, we are looking for an individual
who possesses a
proven track record in senior leadership and operational management experience
in the provision of a health care setting with a record of achievement and
success in this area.
You will be NMC registered and have post-qualification
experience working for the benefit of people with a life-limiting and
life-threatening conditions, chronic illness or other disability in acute,
community, and palliative care settings.

Provide strong visible leadership for the care service,

Work collaboratively alongside the CEO with ICBs,
supporting the development of contracts and commissioning.
To work with other childrens palliative care providers,
both locally and nationally, influencing, supporting and contributing to the
development of childrens and young peoples palliative care.
