Job summary
This is a senior leadership role focused on guiding a multi disciplinary clinical team supporting survivors of torture the position involves overseeing clinical practice staff development and service quality while ensuring evidence based approaches are consistently delivered across the service you will provide supervision mentorship and strategic direction while also maintaining a small clinical caseload the role combines hands on therapeutic work with leadership responsibilities championing high standards empowerment and continuous improvement across the organisation
