1. Build strong credible relationships with managers across multiple sites and support them with low and medium employee relations cases, absence and performance.

2. Support all stakeholders on Henshaws policies and procedures, Including coaching line managers.

3. Create analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders to drive performance of the organisation.

4. Complete the full employee life cycle.
