Job summary
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: 3-month fixed term contract placement
Location: At Badger sites/ services across Birmingham and Solihull, and other sites as required by the role/ service development (in person)

Main duties of the job
As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in a programme designed to teach you the fundamentals running an organisation, develop your leadership skills, and prepare you for future management opportunities.
This isnt just a placement its a development journey. You will develop a clear step-by-step development plan, youll grow your skills and have opportunities to be involved in new projects as well as being exposed to the day to day running of the organisation.
