Job summary
The Performance & Business Analyst will be required to liaise and take direction from the
Performance & Quality Manager. Duties involve processing, analysing, and reporting on data
in an efficient and timely manner, being thorough and maintaining accuracy, liaising with
colleagues at all levels. The role also encompasses analysing performance metrics,
collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing robust reporting mechanisms to
monitor key performance indicators
Main duties of the job
Design, generate and analyse of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to
support performance improvement opportunities across the business.
Support with the design and implementation of analytical solutions to solve complex
business problems.
Develop data analytics strategies that optimise performance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and
provide insights and recommendations for areas of improvement.
Conduct routine data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and
reliability of reports.
Provide data and administrative support at all stages of audit processes.
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Provide support in conducting root cause analysis and identifying actionable insights to
