Service Manager is a critical
role, ensuring the smooth operation and management of their services during
this interim period. You may be managing
existing services and involved in the setting up of new services.
It is
important that you are able to drive continuous improvement, building strong
relationships with delivery partners, providing high quality services, on
budget and inline with the service specifications. Building a culture where staff are valued and
listened to is key and working hands on to develop and manage your teams.
Main duties of the job
People Management
Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of service staff
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and procedures
Data Reporting
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of service data
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Utilize data to inform service improvements and decision-making
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders
Management of Service Contract
Monitor and
manage the service contract to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to maintain strong
working relationships
Ensure services are delivered within budget and to a high standard
Identify and address any issues or risks related to the service contract

services where management and leadership capacity is stretched; and
Leading the mobilisation
