Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced InterimService
Manager to work with our mental health support services. This role
is being recruited with the dual purpose of:
Working with existing
services where management and leadership capacity is stretched; and
Leading the mobilisation
of new services which our client anticipates receiving funding for very
shortly.
Catalyst Support is making a positive impact in the community
by providing essential mental health support to those in need. The
Service Manager is a critical role, ensuring the smooth operation and
management of our services during this interim period.
Main duties of the job
.It is important that you are able to drive continuous improvement, building strong relationships with delivery partners, providing high quality services, on budget and in line with the service specifications. Building a culture where staff are valued and listened to is key and working hands on to develop and manage your teams.
The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to step into and lead through challenging situations. They will also be able to work in a constructive and collaborative partnership environment with key partner organisations, including the NHS, commissioners and other VCSEs.

misuse and mental health including housing, involvement with criminal
justice, relationships with family and friends and getting back into work.
