Job summary
We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies
Main duties of the job
As Capacity and Demand Manager your responsibilities will include:
Supporting italk Lead Business Information & Performance Manager and italk Insights & Analytics Manager in compiling Commissioner reports, quarterly KPIs, analysis, presentations and information in relation to service requests/bids
Analysing trends i.e. Did Not Attend (DNA) rates, Patient cancellation rates, Telephone Assessment & Referral Centre (TARC) booking on groups and workshops, attendance at groups, presentations and feedback data to service leads.
Gathering current and future capacity information to plan and feedback to Clinical Managers and Clinical Director what actions need to be taken in order to ensure the service has sufficient staffing to meet organisational targets.
Attending and contributing to italk partnership board and SHFT contract review meetings reporting on capacity issues.
