Job summary

Youll be passionate about delivering excellence across mental health programmes and committed to raising the voices of our local communities and service users.

With an enquiring mind, you will be able to use empirical evidence to establish a clear framework for evaluating and then fostering effective service delivery. You will also build strong relationships with our service users and communities to co-produce and affect change and develop new services to respond to local needs.

Your experience and credibility as a leader, together with your personal determination and compassion will help us in our fight to improve mental health outcomes for people across our communities.

Main duties of the job

The Director of Quality will lead on the quality assurance of our services, ensuring programmes meet the mental health needs of our communities, and deliver a deep commitment to excellence, equality, diversity and inclusion.

You will be a strong advocate for the mental health needs of our service users and communities, able to articulate Solent Minds vision and strategic aims, and enable us to become a truly service-user-led organisation with co-production at our heart.
