Administration department. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical
Secretary (Bank) to join our committed team of Medical Secretaries. The hospital comprises of a well-equipped
theatre & purpose-built procedure room, outpatients department, minor
injury and illness unit and x-ray.
You will be working with a compassionate team committed to delivering the
best in care and rated Good by the Care Quality Commission. As we continue to expand the services we
offer, we are seeking a Medical Secretary on a zero hours contract basis.

The post holder will work as part of the Administration team, providing a full and confidential secretarial support to the medical secretaries in all specialities.
The post holder will communicate and maintain a collaborative working relationship with all users of the Outpatient service including consultants, medical secretaries, general practitioners, medical personnel, patients and other hospital staff ensuring a proficient service for all.
The post holder will be required to maintain effective and efficient systems for typing of clinic letters from audio tapes, filing and collation of results, healthcare record tracking and assisting in the preparation of notes or records for Outpatient Clinics.
