Job summary
Cumbria Health are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our
established team at Upper Eden Medical Practice. This position is part time, with 29.5 hours per week available.
The role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, a
team player and enjoys working with the public. We require our reception team
to work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity,
discretion, empathy and tact.
You'll be working as part of our reception team, and will contribute to delivering high-quality support for
patients. We pride ourselves on being responsive, understanding, and doing the
best that we can to address the needs of our patients, and are looking for
someone like-minded to join us. We're caring, inclusive, and a great bunch to
work with.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the efficient running of the reception area at the Upper Eden Medical Practice.
This includes general administration, data entry, equipment checks and liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.

within the department.
