Main duties of the job

Were looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead and champion how we communicate with our colleagues, shaping a meaningful, inclusive and engaging colleague experience across the organisation.
In this role, youll bring our mission and values to life through compelling, human-centred communication. Working closely with Executive Leadership Team and our People & Culture team, youll connect organisational priorities with the real, lived experience of colleagues, strengthening engagement, wellbeing and our sense of One Community.
Youll own our internal communications strategy end to end: creating inspiring content, leading campaigns, activating colleague voice and embedding two-way communication across digital, face-to-face and frontline environments. From town halls and change programmes to employee forums and engagement surveys, youll make sure every message is clear, inclusive and purposeful and that nobody is left behind.
This is a visible, influential role for someone who loves storytelling, thrives on collaboration and understands the power of communication to shape culture. Youll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for wellbeing and inclusion, and the go-to expert for internal communications best practice.
