Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Quality & Governance Business Partner, youll play a key role in ensuring clinical and operational excellence across the region.
This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to centres, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and compliance. Youll contribute to internal inspections aligned with the CQC framework and support the delivery of our national Quality Strategy.
Your work will involve monitoring quality indicators, analysing data, reviewing risk registers, and supporting teams with technical advice and capacity building. Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical teams, centre managers, ICBs, and regulatory bodies.
