Main duties of the job
Were looking for a driven Operations Service Manager to guide our Treatment Centre Operations team to new heights of excellence. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results that align with our forward-thinking vision.
Guide and empower teams to delivery exceptional care everyday
In this vital leadership role, youll ensure our operational priorities are seamlessly aligned with strategic goals. Youll oversee the efficient management of resourcesincluding people, consumables, equipment, and facilitiesensuring smooth, effective day-to-day operations.
Lead with purpose, collaborate with impact, and drive sustainable, high-quality care where it matters most
This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful collaboration with other Operations Service Managers and cross-functional teams to drive safe, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery. Youll also travel to Community Treatment Centres, gaining valuable insights and making a hands-on difference where it matters most. Were seeking an inspiring leader who motivates and empowers teams through role modelling and effective collaboration, makes sound business decisions independently, and is passionate about delivering client-focused, high-quality service. Experience in healthcare operations or familiarity with the Care Quality Commission is a plus.
