Be the welcoming voice and guiding hand that empowers our clients on their journey to informed, compassionate care
Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, where you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks including phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You'll have the opportunity to interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.
Join a supportive team, empowering clients with informed choices
In addition to working in a friendly and supportive environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, youll play a key role in helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential, as we offer comprehensive training in our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre to get you fully up to speed.
Candidates must be able to drive, as this role requires travel between our centres in Reading and Chesham. If youre eager to apply your administrative skills in a meaningful way, wed love to hear from you!
