Main duties of the job
Join our Silver award-winning national omni-channel Contact Centre and its affiliated hubs as the Contact Centre Training Lead. You'll play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of perpetual growth and advancement throughout all facets of Contact Centre Functions. With a team of over 200 members, our centre includes diverse teams and specialised client care coordinators (agents) overseeing various channels: inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, administration, test results, clinical nurses, and safeguarding.
Operating within the Quality Assurance segment of the Contact Centre, you'll be entrusted with the creation and execution of training materials and programs. This involves training new recruits and enhancing the skills of existing employees. The role necessitates the candidate must have experience in both in-person and hybrid training (travel to multiple sites is requisite for the role), experience of working within a contact centre, along with robust interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in conducting learning needs assessments and devising suitable solutions is vital.
