What is a Client Care Coordinator?
Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Client Care Coordinator to join our team within our Oxford centre. Working within our Chesham clinic, you will be joining a friendly team of colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.
The Client Care Coordinator role is made up mainly Administrative tasks which can include carrying out Phone Consultations, data processing, record archiving, reception desk management and liaising with clients during their care with MSI UK. This list is not exhaustive and progression opportunities are based on competencies. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion care to our clients.
Main duties of the job
Our Client Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting our clients in a caring, compassionate way through various stages of their treatment. Depending on which team you are part of this could be at the very start of their Treatment Pathway via the telephone or an online platform, or when one of our clients walks through the front door of one of our Treatment Centres. The Client Care Coordinator is a vital role in our organisation so that we can deliver the best first impressions, accurate tailored support and information, and treatment in the swiftest time possible for all our clients.
