Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Clinical Services Matron to join our team within our Oxford London clinic.
Main duties of the job
You will ensure the smooth running of the centre on a day-to-day basis by overseeing all clinical areas, safeguarding and supervision of the nursing team, co-ordination of doctors/surgeons/anaesthetists, being the main point of call for clinical and safeguarding matters and by being a part of the supervisory team.
As a registered Clinical Services Matron, you will be provided with a bespoke training package tailored to your clinical experience to equip you in delivering safe and effective abortion care to our clients. Successful candidates will also be entrusted with the role of deputy CQC Registered Manager, reinforcing your critical role in our healthcare operations. You will have experience in a Senior Management role and hold a current and valid NMC Pin.
Working within our clinics you will be joining a team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Clinical Leader to join our emerging team in the Oxford area, supporting the implementation and integration of our service provision across the region. This unique opportunity allows you to join as a senior team member, contributing to the shaping and expansion of this service. In this position, you will play a key role in leading our nurse/midwife-led provision, all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance with the option of hybrid working.

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday Saturday (2 days off per week, Saturday rotation 1 in 4)
