Job summary
Reporting into the UK Learning, Development and Resourcing Manager, the Learning & Development Partner and will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, programmes, solutions and interventions in line with our company values and objectives. This will include designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.
Main duties of the job
You will have experience of designing and delivering measured training solutions for all levels of a business, including face to face and digital delivery. You need to be a people expert with a natural flair for coaching and getting the best out of people, you will have a customer/client centric approach and experience of service expectations.

Salary: £30,599.69 to £33,659.66 dependant on experience
