Main duties of the job
Reporting to either the General Manager or the Senior Clinical Services Matron, you will assume a pivotal role in guiding your Clinical team. Your leadership will ensure that clinical priorities within our centres align with our organisational goals, focusing on safety, client experience, and sustainability.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will empower your Clinical Teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. By upholding the highest standards in clinical practice and care, you'll set an example of excellence. Your collaborative approach will establish close partnerships with the Operational and Clinical departments, essential for the success of this role.

Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (and the occasional Saturday) with no unsociable hours
