From processing essential contract changes, compliance monitoring and pay queries to the onboarding of staff from around the world we are looking for applicants who are customer focused with a great eye for detail and eager for a rewarding challenge.

Locala has an opportunity for 1x Fixed term or Secondment (12 months) starting November 2023 (Maternity cover 12 months). Part time post at 29.75 per week, working days and hours to be confirmed with successful applicant before the start date.
All non-clinical roles may involve a mixture of on site and remote working.

What you'll do
- HR Service/Operations Team.
- Deliver a timely, accurate and customer focused service to applicants, employees, and managers.
- Compliance checks with DBS/Professional registration checks.
- Provide a Human Resources operational administration service to Locala in an accurate, efficient and timely manner whilst demonstrating initiative and delivering high level customer service.
- Provide a provision of a comprehensive HR Operational service to Locala and provide Policy and practice advice and guidance to Locala colleagues managers, applying tact and persuasive skills in order to encourage ongoing best practice and procedure.
- Provide advice and guidance across Locala to support colleagues with queries relating and not exhaustive to Mandatory training, E learning, expenses, timesheets, selected payroll queries and Recruitment processes, Policies, pensions and benefits.

- Ability to refocus and reprioritise workload in light of frequent interruptions to work pattern.
- This is a role where efficiency and accuracy are key, ensuring that deadlines and corporate standards are achieved.
- Strong numerical and data processing skills.
- We are looking for candidates with an understanding of HR operational service. A methodical approach and ability to work on their own initiative. Previous experience is desirable and advantageous but not essential.
