Clinical Therapy Lead 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated therapist to join our Urgent Community Response team, part of Localas Integrated Community Services, comprised of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Assistant Practitioners and Healthcare Assistants.
The teams aim is to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital and provide Urgent Community Response. The service covers Community settings and offers a 7 day service, from 8am until 8pm, providing assessment, treatment and evaluation of clients needs, in a short term intervention program.
You will have excellent communication skills to build complex relationships and network with key stakeholders to enable integration. Using initiative is essential, as is skill sharing with colleagues within the team, and the wider organisation. It is essential that all the team members work closely together, to truly integrate an MDT and provide a comprehensive service, utilising the Calderdale framework.
As a Clinical Therapy Lead you will contribute to service and policy development with the Team Leader and Clinical Nurse Lead. Clinical supervision for colleagues and students also forms an essential part of the role.
