Clinical Administrator - 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours considered)
Do you have strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and enjoy working as part of a Multidisciplinary team (MDT)?
Main duties of the job
Within Localas Health and Wellbeing Integrated Communities we deliver a range of multidisciplinary community services, including integrated health & social care with our colleagues in Kirklees Council. Locala has been successful in our service improvement work and planning with enhanced service offers providing support to patients, improving their experience and ensuring excellent continuity of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a full range of secretarial & administrative support to a team, department or service.
- Maintaining records, databases & information systems used within Locala keeping up to date with software updates.
- Liaising with other departments, organisations & stakeholders in a professional manner and demonstrating the values of Locala.
The service is based within two bed based social care settings, serving the residents of North and South Kirklees. There are also 3 rehabilitation beds within a private nursing home.
This is an exciting time to be part of a developing, although well-established team, with a number of service transformation projects in progress. Regular clinical & managerial supervision will be received, and the opportunity to develop clinical skills.
