About the Role:

We are looking for a recent graduate to support the HR Advisory Team with a variety of projects and administrative activities.

The HR Advisory Graduate Intern role will broadly cover the following areas:

Main duties of the job

  • Supporting the team by responding to routine queries relating to HR procedures, employee relations, absence management, and organisational change.
  • Coordinating Job Evaluation Panel meetings and circulating documents to Panel members.
  • Assisting with Locala's Exit Processes by scheduling Stay and Exit Interviews, and collating interview metrics.
  • Supporting the review of the colleague handbook and the submission of audit reports.

The post-holder will also provide support to the wider HR when required.
