Main duties of the job

Our team of over 1400 dedicated colleagues work hard to maintain our CQC Good rating as we continue to be a leading provider of health and care services in the communities we serve, exhibiting exemplary quality in everything we do as we deliver a wide range of Adults and Childrens services across West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

Our 2024/2025 strategy THRIVE supports our communities and colleagues to do just that - and we have redesigned our Senior Leadership Team to reflect our ambitions. We are now looking to engage aDirector of Financewho will assume full operational responsibility for the Locala finance, procurement & contracting, and estates & facilities functions, offering advice, guidance, support and control to visibly engage the wider organisation.

We are looking for a leader with highly developed, advanced and specialist knowledge of financial and accounting policies, procedures and financial legislation who can evidence innovative and strategic thinking ability, whilst leading, motivating, and inspiring others

You must be willing to challenge and be challenged, working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to deliver Better Care Every day, Empower Colleagues and Serve More Communities.
