Job summary
We are recruiting a Programme Manager who will lead the delivery of our work programme relating to the NHS job evaluation scheme.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will manage and lead the delivery of designated work programmes that support national negotiations/discussions on the NHS Job Evaluation scheme and equal pay and equality issues, including coordinating the running of the NHS Staff Council Job Evaluation Group.

As a Programme Manager you will:
- Support national meetings and negotiations with stakeholders
- Oversee the provision of NHS job evaluation training courses for NHS organisations including coordination of a pool of freelance trainers.
- Undertake employer and stakeholder engagement to support the delivery of the work programmes
- Provide guidance and advice to employers and national stakeholders on relevant issues and contribute to the development of resources to support employers
